At Growth Collective Hub, we use evidence-based techniques combined with a holistic approach to healing. How we work with you is individualised in order to get the deeper and more profound results you’re needing.
Many of the women who come to us have tried a number of other health professionals prior to engaging with us; yet still haven’t found the changes they crave.
True healing involves getting down to the origins of the issues in a safe and non-judgmental space, allowing yourself to resolve the deepest of hurts. The results of this work usually include a deeper satisfaction in life, decreased stress and anxiety, improved relationships, increased joy and deeper connectedness to yourself and your life.
3 levels of support, designed to help you GROW
We offer 1:1 psychotherapy sessions or coaching programs giving women the support necessary for sustained growth and true evolution.
All sessions are held either face to face in our Norwest Office or online in the comfort of your home.
